All pieces are handmade upon your order, so please allow up to three days before shipping.  All orders are shipped via USPS.  




We hope you love your J. Ervan Jewelry purchase, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange an item for store credit within 21 days of receipt of the item. All items for return or exchange must be accompanied by the receipt and be in the original condition in which they were received. We are unable to issue a refund or store credit until we receive the item you are returning, in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions.  All returns and exchanges are subject to shipping fees. *All sale items are final. 




Each piece of J. Ervan jewelry is handcrafted and should be handled delicately and stored in an appropriate setting. Avoid undue moisture and exposure to harsh environmental conditions and chemicals (including salt, lotion, hair products, and perfume, etc.), as exposure to these can affect the appearance of the jewelry over time.

Should your piece of J. Ervan jewelry need to be repaired, we offer repairs within 180 days of receipt date. Repairs on items within 90 days of receipt date are free of charge; beyond 90 days there is a $25 repair fee. All repairs are subject to shipping fees.




Creating a customer account is optional when shopping online and checking out at jervanjewelry.com; however, you are required to provide specific personal information for the purpose of processing payment and shipping your purchased items. We do ask for your phone number and email address in the event that we should need to contact you regarding your order.

Purchase transaction data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), and is deleted once your transaction is completed. All orders are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
